The fuel filter is located on the bulkhead next to the airbox. It is the cannister on the left in this pic:
Pretty sure it's a 14mm spanner to undo the connction below:
A 17mm spanner for the top connection:
Have some rags ready to catch the dripping fuel by the way:
Two 12mm bolts hold the filter to the bulkhead. If you are using a non-toyota replacement you may need to swap this bracket across to the new filter. (the filter used in this tutorial is a Toyota filter and thus didn't need it).
Ready the new filter:
Now just remember to make the connections nice and tight as the last thing you want is a fuel leak. The car will be a little harder to start on the first attempt, inspect the connections for any signs of leaks afterwards.
