eManage Blue issues

ill have a look through my internet history also when i get a chance ill have a look at the rotary settings, i believe that the software i downloaded was written in the emanage instructions thou

I'm looking back through the destructions that came with the software, the japanese manual and the other gubbins.

The rotary settings look dodgy to me, however if that linked page is wrong then it could be spot on, the wiring, although a little pikey (needs soldering) is all 100% spot on for the diagram, so whoever put it together knew what they were doing.

Appreciate the checking and searching you're doing mate, I owe you some virtual beers.

Hi. Hows your EMB? still has trouble communicating?
Maybe you should down-grade your Software & Hardware version. Try basic support tools 1.11 found at emanage yahoo groups http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/emanage/files/E-Manage Support Tool V1.11/
Completely remove support tools software installed at your PC, then install support tools 1.11. Connect your EMB and Update EMB firmware with C:\Program Files\TRUST\GReddy e-manage support tool\GSC01.p. Hope this will help.

same problem, with my e-manage.

I have the same problem with my EMB, to what TD04 and danturbo had with them EMB :mad:

I have tryed almost everything...

I have the greddy serial cable. And the support tool software is downloaded from here: http://revspec.com/Ultimate.htm

I have tryed 1,49 greddy support tool.
When I try and do the following:

Import Data
Update the Unit
Real Time Display

Nothing happens, it basically just show the progress bar and does nothing.

But when I try with version 1,10 or 1,11. When I updeta the unit, the progress bar move one balk, but then it stuck there. I wait 4 hours, but it wont help.

Do I have to write the correct serial number when I install supporttool?
If I have to, can somebody give her own.

So if somebody know what is the problem. Then please tell it me.
I have fight over week with this problem.

I had read all finnish forums, but there no info. Becouse allmost everyone use the ultimate.

I'm not the best english writer, but i hope somebody understand :(

had a similar problem, what i did was go to device manager found the "serial port" (used a usb to serial) checked the port it was using and used the same one on e-manage. it was wrong but strangely it was still marking as online! computer was set to com 1 and emanage software com 4. changed computer to com 4 and worked fine.
